Penarth Sea Front – Anglers – Part Two

DSC_3801-Edit

So Countryfile came and went, and there’s not much more to be said really. Half a days filming for a minute and not putting the context behind the work we are planning to do. But there we go, nothing ventured etc. etc.

So back to the blog and some new documentary work, again based on the anglers of Penarth. This time I went to the end of the pier and worked with a group from Cardiff who were fishing the incoming tide. A different lens meant a different approach and a very different set of images from last time. I’m enjoying this little project and will keep with it for a while.

  1. Not questioning your Photography Tim, but I wonder how loud these people would scream with a fish hook in their mouths and someone was pulling it.

  2. Yeah take your point Trevor, always struggled with squaring fishing. Still can’t work out where I stand!

  3. If you fish a lot , you find out exactly what it feels like to have hooks pulled out of you !
