We spent the second day and evening at the same location between Mewslade and Rhossli.
Whitethroats were abundant throughout the walk, with Stonechats also very common. Less so the Yellowhammer but we were fortunate to encounter one towards evening. No Dartford Warblers, although they have established themselves around this area. How they coped with the harsh winter I haven’t heard but they are prone suffer in severe weather. We rounded off with a fine sunset over Worms Head.
